business lines into Toll Road and Port.
ASTRA Infra consists of PT Astra Tol Nusantara as the holding company for toll road business and PT Astra Nusa Perdana as the holding company for Logistics Infrastructure businesses.
PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang is the concession holder for the 38.5 km Pandaan-Malang Toll Road which has an important role in connecting two big cities in East Java: Surabaya and Malang.
On 17 May 2019, ASTRA Infra through PT Astra Tol Nusantara acquired a 44.49% share of PT Jasamarga Surabaya Mojokerto (JSM), the concession holder of the Surabaya-Mojokerto (Sumo) toll road.
In August 2011, ASTRA Infra acquired 100% share of PT Marga Harjaya Infrastruktur (ASTRA Infra Toll Road Jombang-Mojokerto) the concession holding company for the 40.5 km Jombang - Mojokerto toll road.
PT Astra Tol Nusantara (ASTRA Infra Toll Road) acquired 40% of PT Trans Marga Jateng (PT TMJ), which is majority-owned by Jasa Marga.
In November 2019, PT Astra Tol Nusantara completed the acquisition of 55.01% interest in Cikopo - Palimanan toll road.
PT Marga Lingkar Jakarta (MLJ) is owned by PT Astra Tol Nusantara (ASTRA Infra Toll Road) and Jasa Marga, with 49% and 51% share ownership, respectively.
PT Marga Trans Nusantara (MTN) is a consortium founded by PT Astra Tol Nusantara (ASTRA Infra Toll Road) and Jasa Marga, with 40% and 60% shareholding respectively.
PT Marga Mandalasakti (ASTRA Infra Toll Road Tangerang-Merak, PT MMS) was established on 4 October 1989 in Jakarta and started its commercial operation on April 1st 1990.
