PT Marga Trans Nusantara (MTN) is a consortium founded by PT Astra Tol Nusantara (ASTRA Infra Toll Road) and Jasa Marga, with 40% and 60% shareholding respectively. It is the concession holder of the 11.1 km Kunciran-Serpong toll road, a part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2 network which has been fully operational since December 6, 2019.
