Consortium of PT Astratel Nusantara with PT Intertel Nusa Perdana collaborated with PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) in a shared scheme to develop, operate, and sell fixed lines in Jakarta.

PT Astratel Nusantara with France Telecom established PT Pramindo Ikat Nusantara as a joint venture company to conduct a cooperation project operations (KSO Sumatra) with Telkom Regional Division I Sumatra in building and managing of fixed lines.

Consortium of PT Astratel Nusantara and PT Jasa Marga Tbk was awarded the concession to construct and operate the 11.2 km Kunciran-Serpong toll road through PT Marga Trans Nusantara (MTN).

PT Astratel Nusantara and Shell jointly financed and operated fuel terminal through PT Gresik Distribution Terminal.

PT Astratel Nusantara acquired 95% of PT Marga Hanurata Intrinsic (now PT Marga Harjaya Infrastruktur) shares, the concession holder for the 40.5 km Kertosono-Mojokerto toll road.

PT Astratel Nusantara acquired 100% of PT Pelabuhan Penajam Banua Taka, owner and operator of an integrated logistics port and bonded warehouse facilities located near Balikpapan in East Kalimantan.

PT Astratel Nusantara acquired 25% stake in PT Trans Marga Jateng, the concession holder of the 72.6 km Semarang-Solo toll road. PT Astratel Nusantara divested its investment in PT Gresik Distribution Terminal.

The consortium of PT Astratel Nusantara, PT Bumi Serpong Damai, PT Transindo Karya Investama, and PT Sinar Usaha Mahitala won the tender for the 39.8 km Serpong-Balaraja toll road. PT Trans Bumi Serbaraja (TBS) was established as the toll road company, in which Astratel holds 25% of its shares.

PT Astratel Nusantara changed its logo and brand name from Astratel to ASTRA Infra to affirm its position as an Astra business group in the infrastructure sector.

In the first half of 2017, ASTRA Infra made two share acquisitions in PT Lintas Marga Sedaya, the concession holder of the Cikopo-Palimanan toll road, through PT Baskhara Utama Sedaya. In total, ASTRA Infra owns an effective 45% of shares in the Cikopo-Palimanan toll road concession.

In may, ASTRA Infra acquired an additional 15% share in PT Trans Marga Jateng, the concession holder of the Semarang-Solo toll road, from PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. In total, ASTRA Infra holds 40% share of the Semarang-Solo toll road concession.

PT Astratel Nusantara divested its investment in PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya.

Reflecting the evolution of its business portfolio, ASTRA Infra restructured its business brand and organization. PT Astratel Nusantara changed its name to PT Astra Tol Nusantara and became a holding company for toll road business line, while PT Intertel Nusa Perdana changed its name to PT Astra Nusa Perdana and became a holding company for non-toll road businesses line.

In May 2019, ASTRA Infra acquired 44.5% of shares in PT Jasamarga Surabaya Mojokerto, the concession holder of the Surabaya-Mojokerto toll road from PT Moeladi and PT Wijaya Karya Tbk.

In November 2019, ASTRA Infra acquired an additional 10% share in PT Lintas Marga Sedaya, the concession holder of the Cikopo-Palimanan (Cipali) toll road, from PLUS Expressway International Berhad. Astra Infra holds 55% share of the Cipali toll road concession.

ASTRA Infra divested its stake in PT Trans Bumi Serbaraja.

In November 2020, ASTRA Infra acquired 100% share in PT Jakarta Marga Jaya (JMJ), by that ASTRA Infra becomes the owner of 35% shares in PT Marga Lingkar Jakarta (MLJ), which is the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT) for the JORR I Ulujami-Kebon Jeruk

In June 2021, ASTRA Infra acquired an additional 14% share in PT Jakarta Marga Jaya (JMJ), by that ASTRA Infra becomes the owner of 49% shares in PT Marga Lingkar Jakarta (MLJ), which is the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT) for the JORR I Ulujami-Kebon Jeruk.

In December 2021, ASTRA Infra acquired 49% share in PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang (JPM), the concession holder of the 38.5 km Pandaan-Malang toll road, from PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk., PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), and PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk.
