Astra Infra and Resta Pendopo KM 456 Present Ruang Temoe: Equal Space for Creative Work

Semarang Regency July 12 2026 – Every person can create, and every work can be recognized when there is an opportunity and an open space. Departing from this spirit, PT Astra Tol Nusantara (Astra Infra) together with PT Astari Marga Sarana (Resta Pendopo KM456) presents Ruang Temoe, a space where various disabled and neurodivergent business actors, partners, and the community can connect and collaborate through inspiring works.

"Astra Infra, through Resta Pendopo KM456, is committed to supporting equal opportunities for everyone. With the presence of Ruang Temoe, we strive to provide an empowering platform to support MSMEs and the creative work of our friends with disabilities and neurodivergent communities through their best works, while also introducing them to the public, especially toll road users in Semarang - Solo. We hope this step can contribute to creating a more inclusive environment, a welcoming space for all people to meet, share, and network, as well as providing more opportunities for our friends to become empowered and economically independent," said Daisy Setiawan, President Director of Resta Pendopo KM456.

Ruang Temoe presents a variety of products in collaboration with MSMEs with disabilities and neurodivergent communities, ranging from body care products, handicrafts, accessories, fashion, to environmentally friendly creative products. Some of the participating partners include Dewijaya Care, Puka, Filoksenia Foundation, Cemara Paper, Billa Creations, and Athaya Arts. Each presented works that reflected not only creativity and product quality, but also a spirit of empowerment, independence, and self-expression for continued growth.

Ruang Temoe, not only serves as a product marketing space, but also provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities to become operational crew members. Through this initiative, Astra Infra and Resta Pendopo KM456 provide disabled and neurodivergent individuals with experience in serving customers and developing competencies that support independence and readiness to work in professional settings.

Resta Pendopo KM456, located on the Semarang-Solo toll road, continues to develop its role as a rest area that is more than just a place to rest. Various supporting facilities have also been equipped to create a comfortable experience for all road users, including a large parking area, clean and free toilets, a mosque, various food and souvenir tenants, as well as friendly and accessible facilities such as elevators and special ramps for individuals with disabilities. As part of the service on the toll road, Resta Pendopo KM456 continues to strive to develop innovations to create comfort for road users and the wider community, such as the presence of children's play facilities and reading corners that can be used free of charge for children, as well as various activities held to provide experiences and refreshments for visitors.

The Astra Infra Group's commitment to inclusivity is also continuously realized through various initiatives, such as providing friendly and accessible rest area facilities for individuals with disabilities, empowering the Wahana Inklusi Special Needs School (SLB), developing coffee trainer competencies for Mata Hati Koffie, supporting SKH Aditya Silih Asih through scholarships and educational programs, and other collaborations with people with disabilities and neurodivergent artists. Astra Infra strives to build an ecosystem that provides equal opportunities for every individual to work, develop, and contribute according to their potential.

"In line with Astra 2030 Sustainability Aspirations, Astra Infra is committed to continuously delivering added value through various initiatives that provide tangible benefits to the community. We believe that inclusive community empowerment is an essential part of realizing sustainable business operations," said Beny Priyatna Kusumah, Division Head of Sustainability Management at Astra Infra.

Through this collaboration, Astra Infra hopes that Ruang Temoe will not only become a space for disabled and neurodivergent MSMEs to showcase their work, but also a concrete step in encouraging the creation of an increasingly inclusive work environment and public space. In the future, Astra Infra will continue to present various initiatives that will have a positive impact on the community while strengthening the company's commitment to creating sustainable value.
