As of December 30, 2021, Astra Infra officially acquired a 49% stake in PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang, the concession holder for the 38.5 km Pandaan-Malang toll road. The Pandaan-Malang toll road plays a crucial role connecting two major cities in East Java, Surabaya and Malang.
The Pandaan-Malang toll road has been fully operational since 2019, with five toll gates and five interchanges.
