PT Marga Lingkar Jakarta (MLJ) is jointly owned by PT Jakarta Marga Jaya (49%) as part of PT Astra Tol Nusantara, and Jasa Marga (51%) and manages the 7.87 km JORR I Ulujami–Kebon Jeruk Toll Road concession. As part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road 1 network, the corridor is connected to several strategic toll roads across Jakarta and plays an essential role in supporting logistics and daily mobility.
