Astra Tol Jomo places road user safety as a top priority through consistent implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, and supported by various safety facilities along Jombang–Mojokerto Toll Road, namely:

• Wire Rope

A steel safety barrier installed on the road median, engineered with flexibility to absorb impact, prevent cross-lane intrusion, and reduce accident fatalities.

• Rumble Strips

Rumble strips are textured road markings installed across or along the inner shoulder or the outer side of the road shoulder line. By generating vibrations and audible alerts when crossed by vehicles, they help warn fatigued or inattentive drivers.

• Speed Reducer

Road markings engineered to prompt drivers slow down their vehicles.

• 24-Hour Toll Road Assistance Service

Astra Tol Jomo provides reliable 24-hour toll road services, supported by operational vehicles (patrol car, tow truck, rescue vehicle, and ambulance) to deliver responsive assistance for toll road users at no cost.

• Communication Center

Communication Center officers at Astra Tol Jomo support traffic safety and operational efficiency by monitoring traffic activities, toll gate operations, and other facilities through CCTV networks, as well as coordinating traffic service units, towing, and ambulance services.
