PT Marga Lingkar Jakarta (MLJ) is owned by PT Astra Tol Nusantara (ASTRA Infra Toll Road) and Jasa Marga, with 49% and 51% share ownership, respectively. MLJ is the concession holder of the 7.67 km JORR I Ulujami-Kebon Jeruk Toll Road that is part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road 1 and is connected to Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, Jakarta-Bogor Toll Road, Jakarta-Serpong Toll Road, Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road, and Prof. Dr. Ir. Sedyatmo Toll Section, therefore, is important lifeblood transportation that facilitates logistics distribution and mobility of society in Jakarta and its surroundings.
